No. 4 Khalil Bolden, known to many as KJ, is a star for the undefeated 11U Atlanta Bulldogs. A dangerous starter on both sides of the ball as a WR/DE, Bolden uses elite speed and hard training to outperform his competition. One of the fastest 11U track and field athletes in the state of Georgia (Bolden) also stands out in every phase on the gridiron. Playing for one of the top youth teams nationally, the Atlanta Bulldogs are 9-0 and on their way to a MAYFL Championship and berth in the B2C Championship Series.
Bolden is 5’3, 110 pounds, and explosive as it gets at the 11 year old level. He’s scoring touchdowns on offense and registering sacks and tackles for losses on defense every weekend. In a game this year against the East Point Bulldogs, Khalil Bolden ran for a touchdown, recovered a fumble for a touchdown, and returned a punt for a touchdown. “I dominate and I train hard and when you train hard it makes it easier on the football field. I love to sack the quarterback and make plays on offense by blocking for teammates and scoring touchdowns”, Bolden told BorntoCompete. “My goal is to win the league championship, the B2C Championship, and go to Nationals in Florida. I really want to dominate on both sides of the ball”, he explained. Bolden’s favorite play this season was the punt return touchdown against East Point because his team blocked it to perfection as he reversed field with his speed for the highlight reel score.
“My favorite school is Florida State. I went to a camp there this year and got to meet some of my favorite players in college. I’ve always liked them since I was little”, he said. Bolden will compete for the GFL FBU team in the national tournament this December representing the best football players in the state of Georgia. Once the games are done and the fall is over its track season and on to another championship goal for Khalil Bolden.
