In the battle of the two top ranked teams in the state the stage was set for a classic matchup. Instead the classic matchup turned into the Jamal Haynes show. Everyone that was there to watch the game in person left away remembering Haynes name. With some pretty well know players on his Grayson team like B2C All Americans Jackson Turner and Justin Johnson, Jamal has sort of flown under the radar when it comes to name recognition but not anymore. As he helped lead his team to a 36-6 victory over the previous #1 ranked Mill Creek Hawks. Jamal had over 180 yards rushing, 2 TDs and he topped off his performance with an interception that he almost took to the house.
